At Moody Muffins, each item is made with care
Many of our products are made to order, so our returns policy is slightly different from standard retail.

 

Made-to-order items

As our products are printed especially for you:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
  • This includes ordering the wrong size, colour, or design

Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will review this and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us and we will look into it for you
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, but we will always try to help resolve the issue

 

Order changes & cancellations

Because items are made to order:

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled within a short time after placing the order
  • Once production has started, we are unable to make changes

 

Refunds

Where a refund is agreed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

 

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selected
  • Minor differences in colour due to screen settings
